13th – 16th August | Fee: €345 | Wandesford Quay, Clarke’s Bridge, Cork.
This is a valuable opportunity to explore a range of print techniques: etching on various metals using hard and soft grounds, aquatint, spitbite, drypoint and monoprint. You will learn about paper handling, plate preparation and you will produce a small edition of prints. This course is ideal for complete beginners; as you gain confidence during the workshop you can experiment by combining techniques and layering colours. Participants benefit from the depth of knowledge and skill of two tutors during this workshop. For more information, please contact Andrea on 021-4322422 or email info@corkprintmakers.ie
